Learning theory and psychology of the horse; part one
Understanding the domestic horse does not only mean being able to read and understand its behaviour, and knowing the background to its domestication. Understanding the horse in depth means that you have to go into more detail about how the horse perceives things, how it learns and how this can be effective so that you as its owner/handler can use both your observational knowledge and learning theory to help the horse adapt to its life and perform to the best of its ability.
This is a basic introduction into learning theory and horse psychology.

• The basic behavioural process
